Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Fries
Peel and cut sweet potatoes and russet potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into fries. Spread into an even layer. Have a little sous chef around? With supervision, have them help massage/season the fries.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Make the Broccoli Cheddar Topping
Cut broccoli into 1/4" pieces.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until broccoli is tender, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, 1/3 the garlic and parsley seasoning (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside. -
3 Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta, panko, remaining garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.

4 Add the Meatloaves
After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip fries and push to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add meatloaves to now-empty side of sheet.Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.Carefully remove sheet from oven and drain any excess liquid. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.Evenly top meatloaves with broccoli-cheddar mixture. Meatloaves will be hot! Use a utensil. -
5 Finish Fries and Meatloaves and Finish Dish
Roast again in hot oven until fries are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven and stir buttermilk-dill seasoning into fries until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
