  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Break up sausage until no pink remains and sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Cook the Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry. Season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add shrimp to hot pan. Cook until pink and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.

  2. 2

    Add the Sauce

Add tomatoes to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, stir in butter (to taste) until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.

Remove from burner. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the butter.

    While shrimp cook, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Cook the Spinach

Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add spinach to hot pan and stir occasionally until wilted, 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Orzo and Finish Dish

Add orzo, 1/4 cup water, creme fraiche, 3/4 the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and orzo is heated through, 3-5 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping orzo with shrimp. Garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
