A note about serious food allergies

We've been doing this long enough, we know what buzz words get y'all going and putting meals in your cart. "Cheesy" and "bacon" are tops on the list, rich and salty and full of deliciousness. Crispy loaded potatoes are also foodstuffs we know you love. But we know you love one thing more than anything else: "one-sheet." There's no pile of dishes waiting for you after you finish cooking this, just one. We know you're buzzed.

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, roasting until browned 18-20 minutes, topping potatoes, then roasting again until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes. Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Potatoes may need to continue roasting another 4-5 minutes.

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Aioli

    Slice potatoes into 1/4" rounds.

Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

Combine mayonnaise and bacon in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

    Pat chicken breasts dry.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes and Chicken

Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and panko. Massage oil, garlic salt, and panko into potatoes.

Shingle potatoes on one half of sheet. Top with white portions of green onions.

Place chicken on empty half and top evenly with aioli and half the cheese (reserve remaining for potatoes).

  3. 3

    Roast the Potatoes and Chicken

Roast potatoes and chicken in hot oven until browned, 20-25 minutes.

Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Top potatoes with remaining cheese.

Roast again in hot oven until cheese melts and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes.

    Rest, 3 minutes.

While chicken and potatoes roast, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Make Crema and Finish Dish

In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream and garlic pepper.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping potatoes with crema and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
