  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 oz. Light Sour Cream
  • 2 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 oz. Bacon Bits
  • ¾ oz. Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1½ tsp. Potato Spice Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Barbeque Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Garlic and Parsley Seasoning

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

    Start the Vegetables

    Peel and cut sweet potato into 1" dice.

    Place sweet potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While sweet potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1" dice.

    Trim and thinly slice green onions.

    Add the Broccoli and Peppers

    After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.

    Add broccoli, bell peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, garlic and parsley seasoning, and a pinch of salt to sheet. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with bacon, then cheese.

    Finish Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove sheet from oven and stir softened butter into vegetables until melted. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sour cream and green onions. Bon appétit!
