Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Start the Vegetables

    Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4"-thick wedges.

    Place sweet potato wedges on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, half the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for broccoli), and Italian seasoning. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.

    While sweet potato wedges roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Mince garlic.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, paprika, and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Add the Broccoli and Chicken

    After 12 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip sweet potato wedges and push to 1/3 of sheet.

    Place broccoli in center of sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic, and remaining seasoned salt.

    Place chicken on empty side of sheet.

    Finish the Vegetables and Chicken

    Roast in hot oven until sweet potato wedges are browned, broccoli is tender, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While vegetables and chicken roast, continue recipe.

    Make Sauce and Finish Dish

    Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

    Microwave until melted, 15-30 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in honey, mustard (to taste), balsamic glaze, 1 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt until combined.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sauce. Garnish sweet potato wedges with cheese spread. Bon appétit!
