You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Finely chop mushrooms.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Remove casing from Italian sausage, if necessary.
Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine Italian sausage, mushrooms, panko, and ½ tsp. olive oil. Form into two equally-sized, football-shaped loaves.
Start Meatloaves and Prepare Broccoli
Transfer meatloaves to one side of prepared baking sheet.
Bake in hot oven, 20 minutes.
While meatloaves bake, combine broccoli, garlic salt, ½ tsp. salt, 1½ tsp. olive oil, and red pepper flakes (to taste) in another mixing bowl.
Bake the Broccoli and Meatloaves
Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Top meatloaves evenly with marinara, then mozzarella.
Add broccoli to empty space and spread into a single layer on its side. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake again in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with Parmesan. Halve to serve, or slice, if desired. Bon appétit!
