If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using sliced beef, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Snow Peas
Trim ends off snow peas and slice lengthwise on an angle.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add snow peas to hot pan. Cook undisturbed, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 2 Tbsp. water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and stir occasionally until snow peas are tender, 4-5 minutes.Remove from burner.While snow peas cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush wasabi peas.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with garlic salt. -
3 Cook the Pork and Snow Peas
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add sliced pork to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Add white portions of green onions and stir occasionally until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.Add snow peas, orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), and yuzu dipping sauce. Stir occasionally until combined and pork mixture is coated, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork and snow peas cook, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork and snow peas with wasabi peas (to taste). Garnish with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
