Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Place rice and 3/4 cup water in provided tray. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until water is mostly absorbed, 10-12 minutes. -
2 Add the Pork and Bok Choy
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir miso concentrate, 2 Tbsp. water, half the garlic pepper (reserve remaining for pork), white portions of green onions and a pinch of salt into rice. Push to one side and top with bok choy then sesame oil.
Pat pork dry. If you receive a whole tenderloin, pat dry, then slice into medallions, 3/4"-thick. Add pork to empty side of tray, and top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil and remaining garlic pepper.Cover rice half with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake half-covered in hot oven until rice is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine orange pepper and teriyaki glaze in a mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top pork with teriyaki-orange sauce, green portions of green onions, and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
