    pasta

    preheat oven to 425. combine spaghetti with 2 tsp evoo and a pinch of salt. mix. top evenly with marinara and mushrooms.

    meatballs

    using the lid combine pork with half of parmesan, panko, Italian seasoning, mayo and ¼ tsp salt and pepper. mix well. for into 6 equal balls. place evenly across spaghetti. bake for 25-30 minutes.

    finish and plating

    mix spaghetti to coat noodle with sauce. top with remaining parmesan. see photo for plating.
