Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until peppers are tender, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add spinach, pasta, cream cheese, marinara, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Top with half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).

    Microwave again uncovered until pasta and pepperoni are heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine.

    To serve, top with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.

    In provided tray, combine peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Place tray on a baking sheet.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Add spinach, pasta, cream cheese, marinara, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.
