Known as the “caviar of the South,” pimiento cheese spread is the stuff of many party appetizers. We've all been there, slathering that cheesy good stuff on a cracker you hope doesn't break and cover you with unattractive crumbs. That cheesy good stuff is perfect on a meaty burger, with some peppery arugula to add some extra crunch. “Caviar” on your burger? Yes, please.
