You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
Seafood 145° F |
Chicken 165° F |
Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Roast the Wedges
Cut potatoes into ½" thick wedges and pat dry.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread into a single layer and bake in hot oven, 12 minutes.
Carefully remove baking sheet from oven and flip potatoes. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake again until browned, 12- 15 minutes.
While wedges bake, prepare ingredients.

Prepare Ingredients and Make Cheese Mixture
Core tomato and cut into ¼" dice
In a bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and zesty Buffalo sauce (to taste) until combined.
Form ground beef into two patties, 5" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add buns cut side down to dry, hot pan. Cook until lightly toasted, 2-3 minutes.
Remove buns to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.

Cook the Tomatoes
Return pan used to toast buns to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add tomatoes, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Remove tomatoes to a plate. Wipe pan clean and reserve.

Cook Burgers and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook tomatoes to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until browned, 4-6 minutes.
Flip patties, and cook, 3 minutes.
Then top with cheese mixture and cook until patties reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees., 1-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping burger with arugula and tomatoes. Drizzle mayochup on potato wedges. Bon appétit!
