Potato chips are made for snacking, but that's not all they do. They can take their salty, crunchy, delightful nature and coat a chicken breast with the perfect textural and flavor contrast. But that's not the only part of potato chips that are invoked by this meal; sour cream mixed with ranch flavoring and chives, all the great potato chip flavors in one!
