    Make the Sandwich

    Keep prosciutto refrigerated until use.

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

    Place cheddar on bottom half of ciabatta and toast, 2-3 minutes.

    Quarter apple and remove core. Cut into 1/4 slices.

    Spread preserves on top of cheese, then top with apple, prosciutto, crispy onions, and arugula. Top with other half of ciabatta. Bon appétit!
