    Make the Sandwich

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Core tomato and cut into ¼" rounds. Toast Texas Toast slices until golden brown, 1-2 minutes. Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate and microwave until crisp, 2-3 minutes. Combine sun-dried tomato pesto and mayonnaise. Top a toast slice with tomato pesto-mayonnaise, tomatoes, prosciutto, provolone, arugula, and another slice of toast. Halve diagonally to serve. Bon appétit!
