1 Make the Sandwich
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds.Toast Texas Toast slices until golden brown, 1-2 minutes.Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate and microwave until crisp, 2-3 minutes.Combine sun-dried tomato pesto and mayonnaise.Top a toast slice with tomato pesto-mayonnaise, tomatoes, prosciutto, provolone, arugula, and another slice of toast. Halve diagonally to serve. Bon appétit!
