Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Halve ciabatta if necessary. Toast ciabatta halves in a toaster oven until warmed, 2-3 minutes.Carefully, spread ricotta evenly on halves. Top evenly with walnuts, a pinch of salt, honey, arugula, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Bon appétit!
