Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Crisp the Bacon and Sage
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Spray provided tray with cooking spray. Line a plate with a paper towel.
Stem sage.Add bacon and sage to prepared provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until bacon crisps, 3-6 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer bacon and sage to towel-lined plate. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Bake the Chicken and Potatoes
Tear spinach leaves.
Add potatoes, butter, half the cream cheese (reserve remaining for sauce), spinach, garlic pepper, and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken) to provided tray. Stir vigorously to combine. Push to one side of tray.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with remaining garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken in now-empty side of tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
Tear sage leaves into small pieces.
Add remaining cream cheese and 2 tsp. water to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until cream cheese melts, 30-45 seconds.Add bacon and sage to cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.Carefully remove bowl from microwave and tray from oven.Stir potatoes vigorously to combine.To serve, top chicken with sauce.
