1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.In provided tray, combine pepper and onion mix, cream cheese, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Microwave uncovered until vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Add marinara, pasta, chicken, and half the mozzarella (reserve remaining for topping). Stir to combine. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, pepperoni crisps, and chicken is warmed through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, garnish with hot honey (to taste). 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
