Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.

    In provided tray, combine pepper and onion mixcream cheese, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Microwave uncovered until vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    Add marinarapasta, chicken, and half the mozzarella (reserve remaining for topping). Stir to combine. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.

    Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, pepperoni crisps, and chicken is warmed through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    To serve, garnish with hot honey (to taste). Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.

    In provided tray, combine pepper and onion mixcream cheese, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Place tray on baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and cream cheese melts, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    Add marinarapasta, chicken, and half the mozzarella (reserve remaining for topping). Stir to combine. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.

    Place on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until pepperoni crisps and chicken is warmed through, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, garnish with hot honey (to taste). Bon appétit!
