Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add potatoes, peas, pot roast seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray. Push to one side.

    Make The Sauce and Meatloaves

    On empty side of tray, add demi, cornstarch, ¼ cup water, and mushroom seasoning to pan until completely combined. "Finely crush saltine crackers. Thoroughly combine ground beef, cheese, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form ground beef mixture into two equally-sized ovals." Place on top of gravy mixture.

    Make The Meal

    Bake in a hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-27 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!"
