Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until heated through, 20-25 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Drain black beans.

    Mix corn, black beans, zucchini, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray until completely combined. Push to one side.

    Make the Meatballs

    Mix ground beef, panko, mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.

    Place meatballs in empty side of tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) into vegetables. Garnish meatballs with salsa verde and vegetables with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
