Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Form the Meatloaves
Finely crush crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine crackers and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground beef, pot roast seasoning, a pinch of salt, and sour cream. Form meat mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
2 Start the Meatloaves
Place meatloaves on one side of prepared baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step.While meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
3 Make Glaze and Prepare Broccoli
In another mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard (to taste). Set aside.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.Place broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic and parsley seasoning on empty side of sheet. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer on their side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
4 Finish the Meatloaves and Broccoli and Finish Dish
Top meatloaves with glaze.
Roast again in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove sheet from oven.To serve, top broccoli with cheese. Bon appétit!
