If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make BBQ Mixture
Cut cauliflower into 1” pieces.
Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until butter is melted, 30-45 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Set aside.In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, jam, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Set aside. -
2 Form the Meatloaves
In another mixing bowl, combine panko, 2 Tbsp. water, and savory seasoning. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork and a pinch of salt and pepper to bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.Form meat mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
3 Start the Cauliflower and Meatloaves
Place cauliflower on one half of prepared baking sheet. Toss with butter and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer on their side.
Place meatloaves on empty side of sheet.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
4 Finish Cauliflower and Meatloaves and Finish Dish
Evenly top meatloaves with BBQ mixture.
Evenly top cauliflower with cheese.Roast again in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top meatloaf with crispy onions. Slice meatloaf, if desired. Bon appétit!
