Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave, 4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and add chicken and half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for sandwich) to other side of tray and gently combine. Cover with a damp towel and microwave again on high until chicken and potatoes are heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Top chicken with cheese and microwave again, uncovered, until melted, 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Top bottom bun with chicken, remaining BBQ sauce, crispy pickles, and top bun. Bon appétit!
