1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.
Place brisket in one section of provided tray and top with enchilada sauce. In empty section of tray, combine corn, 1 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until brisket and corn are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Uncover and stir green chili aioli (to taste) into corn and top with cheese. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and chili lime dressing (to taste).To serve, fill tortillas with brisket, corn, and slaw. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain brisket and separate slices.
