  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Beef

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground beef, and seasoning blend to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

    Stir in gochujang (use less if spice-averse) and teriyaki glaze until combined, 1-2 minutes.

    If sauce is too thick, add 2 Tbsp. water, if desired. Remove from burner.

    While beef cooks, make slaw.

    Start the Slaw

    In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, vinegar, and pinch of salt and pepper. Stir vigorously, 1 minute.

    Let rest, 3 minutes.

    After 3 minutes, add dressing and stir to combine. Set aside.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.

    Coarsely chop sesame sticks.

    Finish the Dish

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling lettuce cups with beef and topping with slaw and sesame sticks. Serve reserved teriyaki glaze on the side for dipping. Layer two lettuce cups for extra crunch and structural support. Bon appétit!
