If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn on oven to 425 degrees. Let preheat, 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Break broccoli into smaller pieces.Combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.Spread into a single layer. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
While broccoli bakes, crush crackers.
Combine ground turkey, crackers, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into two evenly-sized oval-shaped meatloaves.Carefully remove tray from oven. Push broccoli to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatloaves in other side of tray. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until ground turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine cheese sauce and hot sauce (to taste) in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish meatloaves with cheese sauce and tortilla strips. Add pesto (to taste) to broccoli and stir to combine. Bon appétit!
