    Build the Wrap

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Microwave steak until warm, 1-2 minutes. Toss steak with seasoning rub. Combine green chili aioli (to taste) and spinach. Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Top with spinach mixture, steak, cheese, and potato sticks. Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge towards the top, enclosing sides tightly. Bon appétit!
