Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Bake the Steak Strips and Peppers
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.
Place steak strips in tray in a single layer and top evenly with garlic salt. Top with diced peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 12 minutes.
Add the Pasta
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir, breaking up steak strips. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Stir in tomatoes, beef demi-glace, seasoning blend, ¼ cup water, and pasta until completely combined.
Spray a piece of foil with cooking spray. Cover tray with foil, sprayed side down.
Bake the Meal
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Coarsely crush cheese crisps. Top with Parmesan, red pepper flakes (to taste), and crushed cheese crisps. Bon appétit!
