Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Sauce
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine jalapeños (to taste), cream base, and 1/4 tsp. salt.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While sauce bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Shrimp and Pasta
Coarsely crush crispy jalapeños.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Add half the cotija, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining of both for topping), pasta, and corn. Stir to combine. Top evenly with shrimp, then remaining cotija, remaining Parmesan, panko, crushed crispy jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), and 2 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, halve lime.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, squeeze lime halves over meal (to taste). Bon appétit!
