Trim green beans, if necessary. Halve, using hands.Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are slightly softened, 15-20 minutes. While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Heat Rice and Add Pork
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice, sesame oil, umami seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.Pat pork dry and season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. If you receive a whole pork tenderloin, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, slice into medallions, 3/4"-thick.Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork to hot pan and sear on one side until browned, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. After 15-20 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot!
