    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Slice or tear romaine thinly. Microwave steak strips until warmed, 1-2 minutes. Toss romaine and slaw mix in a bowl with dressing. Top with steak strips and crispy rice noodles and drizzle with peanut sauce. Bon appétit!
