If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Start the Shrimp and Orzo
Place orzo, garlic salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1 cup water in provided tray. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.
Pat shrimp dry. Evenly top orzo with shrimp.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove from oven. -
2 Add the Sauce and Spinach
Stir in cream base, spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, peas, lemon n herb seasoning, and pesto until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until orzo is tender and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Toast Panko and Finish Meal
Combine panko and 1 tsp. olive oil on a microwave-safe plate. Spread into an even layer.
Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in grated cheese until combined.To serve, top orzo with panko topping. Bon appétit!
