Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine demi-glace, cornstarch, and ⅓ cup water in provided tray. Place potatoes in one half of tray and top with 2 tsp. olive oil and seasoned salt. Place mushrooms and peas in empty half of tray.

    Add the Turkey

    Crumble turkey over entire meal and top with 1 tsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper. If using ground pork or ground beef, follow same instructions.

    Finish the Dish

    Cover tray with foil. Bake in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes. If using ground pork or ground beef, following same instructions, baking until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil and stir in truffle butter. Bon appétit!
