Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry. Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Fries will finish roasting in a later step.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine aioli, bacon, and green portions of green onions.Halve cheese slices diagonally.In another mixing bowl, combine turkey, white portions of green onions, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized oval-shaped loaves. -
3 Add the Meatloaves
After 15 minutes, remove baking sheet from oven. Carefully flip fries and push to one side. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Top fries with tomato seasoning and Parmesan.Place meatloaves on now-empty side of baking sheet. Top loaves evenly with bacon aioli and cheese slices. -
4 Finish the Meatloaves and Fries
Roast again in hot oven until fries have browned and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Remove from oven. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving comeback sauce on the side for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
