Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Completely combine potatoes, peas, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in bottom of provided tray. Move to one half. -
2 Make the Meatloaves
Combine ground turkey, panko, and seasoning blend on tray lid. Form into two loaves.
Place loaves in empty half of tray.If using ground beef or ground pork, follow same instructions. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 27-29 minutes.
If using ground beef or ground pork, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 27-29 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Transfer meatloaves to a plate. Stir sour cream, chicken demi-glace, and 1 Tbsp. water into empty half of tray until completely combined.Garnish potato mixture with crispy onions and top meatloaves with demi-sour cream gravy. Bon appétit!
