Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using diced chicken thighs, pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 28-30 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.

If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-20 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Break turkey into small pieces and place in provided tray.Top turkey with taco seasoning, pepper and onion mix, then marinara sauce, and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

3 Assemble the Tacos
Carefully remove from oven. Break up cooked turkey in tray.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with turkey and vegetables and top with cheese, sour cream, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
