    Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine farro, zucchini, cream cheese, ¼ cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.

  2. 2

    Make the Meatballs

On reserved lid, combine ground beef, cheese, panko, and garlic salt. Form ground beef mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs. Place meatballs on farro. Top with half the marinara (reserve remaining for after cooking).

  3. 3

    Bake the Dish

Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 22-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Remove meatballs to a plate and top with remaining marinara. Stir in cream cheese. Bon appétit!
