Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes. Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Toast Panko
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.
Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add panko to hot, dry pan. Stir occasionally until golden, 1-2 minutes.Add butter and stir into panko until melted and combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner. Transfer to a plate and set aside.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine carrots and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover bowl with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered, 2 minutes.Remove from microwave and drain water. Set aside. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add onions, carrots, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until onions begin to brown and carrots are tender, 2-3 minutes.Add mushrooms and stir occasionally until mushrooms are browned and juices have released, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add 1/2 cup water and cream cheese to hot pan. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until cream cheese is melted and combined, 3-4 minutes.Stir in marinara, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until thoroughly combined, 1-2 minutes.If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. -
4 Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Add pasta and minced garlic and parsley to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with shredded cheese and toasted panko. Bon appétit!
