Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

mince garlic. Cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes. Pat tuna dry and season w/ half of seasoning salt. Trim ends of green beans. Mince rosemary.
Roast potatoes and garlic
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, and ¼ tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until starting to brown, 10 minutes. Gently stir. Add garlic and rosemary. Roast again until browned and tender, 15-18 minutes. Wrap garlic in foil with 2 tsp olive oil and roast 15 minutes.
Cook green beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and cook 1 minute. Add ¼ cup water, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes. Remove from burner.Toss with pesto.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add tuna to hot pan and cook until tuna reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-5 minutes per side. Tuna is often enjoyed medium-rare (pink in the middle). For medium-rare, cook 1-2 minutes per side. Consuming raw or undercooked tuna may increase your risk for food-borne illness.
