Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 450 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Using hands, halve cauliflower if larger than a ping-pong ball.In provided tray, combine cauliflower, peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, honey, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and half the sesame seeds (reserve remaining for garnish). Massage oil, honey, and seasoning into vegetables.Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is golden-brown and tender, 12-15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Heat the Rice
Remove rice from packaging. In a microwave-safe bowl, add rice, 2 Tbsp. water, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until warm, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Fluff rice with a fork. -
3 Add Sauce and Bake Meal
After 12-15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in garlic sesame sauce until vegetables are coated. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 4-6 minutes.While meal bakes, coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top rice with vegetables and garnish with peanuts and remaining sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
