Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. If using chicken breasts, pat dry and cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side. If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry and cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Add to orzo as desired.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter button mushrooms.
Remove stems, seeds, and cut bell peppers into 1/4" rings.In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add button mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, and umami seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.
Add bell peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt and stir occasionally until tender, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Orzo
Place a small pot over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add 1/4 cup water and garlic salt to hot pot. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add orzo and stir occasionally until heated through and water is absorbed, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in butter until melted and combined. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping orzo with vegetables, dressed arugula, and balsamic glaze. Bon appétit!
