    Prepare the Ingredients

Trim and thinly slice green onions.

Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add patties to hot pan. Cook on one side until browned, 4-6 minutes.

Flip patties and top with cheese. Cover, and cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While burgers cook, cook potatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add potatoes to hot pan. Cook until lightly browned on two sides, 3-4 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Stir in bacon and cook until bacon is crisp, 1-2 minutes.

Remove from burner. Stir in green onions and hot sauce (to taste).

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with burger, BBQ sauce, and top bun. Bon appétit!
