1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Place green beans, a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tender, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Push green beans to one side of tray and add mashed potatoes and butter to empty side. Top green beans with chicken breasts, then BBQ sauce. Microwave uncovered until chicken is heated through, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. To serve, garnish green beans with crispy red peppers. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Place green beans, a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. water in provided tray. Place tray on baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until tender, 18-20 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one side of tray and add mashed potatoes and butter to empty side. Top green beans with chicken, then BBQ sauce. Cover again with foil and bake covered in hot oven until chicken and potatoes are warmed through, 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. To serve, garnish green beans with crispy red peppers.
