Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Make the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pulled pork and BBQ sauce in provided non-split tray. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until heated through, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir in vinegar until combined. Cover and set aside. While pulled pork heats, divide pasta evenly between both sections of provided split section tray. Stir cheese sauce and seasoning blend (to taste) into both sections, then top evenly with corn and bean salad and tomatoes. Cover with damp paper towel and microwave, 3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir, and top with cheddar-jack cheese. Microwave uncovered until heated through and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pulled pork and BBQ sauce in provided non-split tray and cover with foil. Divide pasta evenly between both sections of provided split section tray. Stir cheese sauce and seasoning blend (to taste) into both sides, then top evenly with corn and bean salad, tomatoes, and cheddar-jack cheese. Place both trays on a baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through and cheese is melted, 16-18 minutes. Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir vinegar into pork mixture until combined. Bon appétit!
