    Assemble The Dish

    Place pasta, peas, marinara sauce, 1 cup of water, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in the pan. Stir to combine. Top with mozzarella cheese. Add pork, pot roast seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with bacon and dollops of ricotta. Roast in a hot oven until pasta is tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-27 minutes.
