But rumors are just nasty gossip, and this chipotle cheese wonder is anything but tedium. Instead, it's a moist loaf, subtle and flavorful, with zesty chipotle crema on top. Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, roast until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

  • If using ground pork, roast until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 28-32 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, roast until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.

    Cut potatoes into 1/2" dice.

    Stem, seed, and cut poblano pepper into 1/2" dice. Poblano peppers can vary in spice level; most are mild, but a few can be quite hot. Wash hands and cutting board after prepping.

    Prepare Potatoes and Form Meatloaves

    Place potatoes on one side of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer on their side.

    Combine ground turkey, half the chipotle crema, half the cheese (reserve remaining of both for garnish), panko, half the fajita seasoning (reserve remaining for vegetables), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl.

    Form turkey mixture into two evenly-sized, oval-shaped loaves. Place loaves on empty half of baking sheet.

    Roast the Meatloaves and Potatoes

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes are lightly browned and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-26 minutes.

    While meatloaves and potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Cook the Vegetables

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add poblanos (to taste), hot sauce (to taste), remaining fajita seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.

    After 22-26 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven.

    Add corn and roasted potatoes. Potatoes and baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil! Stir occasionally until combined and warmed through, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Make Crema and Finish Dish

    In another mixing bowl, combine remaining chipotle crema, 1/2 tsp. lime juice, and a pinch of salt.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, slicing meatloaf, if desired, and topping with crema. Garnish vegetables with remaining cheese and squeeze lime wedges over vegetables to taste. Bon appétit!
