Add pork chops and top evenly with 1/4 tsp salt, pinch of pepper and butter.Sprinkle cheese all over the dish.Bake in a hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes.Drizzle pork with chipotle ranch and top with crispy onions.
