Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 23-27 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes.Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set cream cheese on counter to soften.
Combine peppers, corn, zucchini, 2 tsp. olive oil, basil pesto, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.Push to one side. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place chicken in empty side of tray.Place cream cheese, sun-dried tomato pesto, and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until softened, 15-20 seconds.Remove from microwave and stir to combine. Top chicken evenly with cream cheese-pesto. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish chicken with crispy onions and vegetables with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
