Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Start the Green Beans

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Cover tray with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    While green beans bake, continue recipe.

    Add the Chicken

    In a mixing bowl, combine panko, pesto (to taste), and Parmesan.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Evenly top with softened cream cheese, then panko-pesto mixture.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with sour cream. Bon appétit!
