Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Thoroughly combine pasta, chicken base, cream sauce base, peppers, garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side.

    Add Pork and Start Bake

    Pat pork dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Top pork evenly with mustard, Swiss cheese, and crispy red peppers.

    Bake again until cheese is melted and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer pork to plate and stir pasta to combine. Bon appétit!
